World Bank DIGITAGRO | Editorial Design

Editorial Design

Client: World Bank
Role: Editorial design and page layout
Tools: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Year: 2022

I designed the Spanish-language DIGITAGRO report for the World Bank, a publication on investing in digital technology to increase market access for women agribusiness entrepreneurs in Guatemala. The report’s acknowledgments credit my graphic design contribution.

The visual identity connects agricultural activity with digital technology through the cover’s photographic composition, circuit-inspired graphics, and teal palette. Inside, a consistent text grid, prominent headings, framed summaries, diagrams, and charts organize a substantial research publication.

Adobe InDesign provided the foundation for the long-form layout and typographic system. Adobe Illustrator supported graphic assets and Adobe Photoshop supported image preparation. The result is a coordinated editorial system that accommodates narrative, findings, data, and technical appendices.

The publication was developed collaboratively. I was responsible for the editorial and graphic design; the research, findings, technical content, data, photographs, and other supplied resources belong to the World Bank and credited contributors.

World Bank Argentina Agriculture | Editorial Design

Editorial Design

Client: World Bank
Role: Editorial design and page layout
Tools: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Year: 2016

I developed the visual concept and editorial design for the World Bank’s Informe del sector de agricultura de Argentina: Desarrollo agropecuario, un camino sostenible hacia la prosperidad. The publication credits my contribution as concept and design.

The cover combines agricultural photographs with blue geometric shapes, establishing a visual language that continues through the document. A two-column grid supports the main narrative, while charts, tables, and contrasting blue case-study panels provide distinct entry points into the technical material.

I worked with Adobe InDesign for document composition and typographic control, Adobe Illustrator for graphic preparation, and Adobe Photoshop for the photographic assets. The design balances the report’s formal institutional character with an accessible, organized reading experience.

My contribution was the design concept and page layout, developed in collaboration with the publication’s teams. The research, economic analysis, data, text, and source photography were provided by the World Bank and other credited contributors.

World Bank Agrologistics | Editorial Design

Editorial Design

Client: World Bank
Role: Editorial design and page layout
Tools: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Year: 2022

I designed the Spanish-language World Bank report Sistemas agroalimentarios en el norte de Centroamérica: Agrologística para la agricultura familiar moderna. Developed alongside the report’s technical and editorial contributors, the project required a visual structure for extensive agricultural and logistics research.

The cover brings agricultural production and transport imagery together in a geometric composition. Warm orange headings, green markers, and subtle background details establish the interior visual system, while tables, charts, and clear text hierarchies organize the report’s dense information.

Adobe InDesign was the primary tool for page layout and typographic consistency across the publication. Illustrator and Photoshop supported graphic preparation and image treatment, helping maintain a coherent visual language from the cover to the final pages.

My role focused on editorial design and page layout. The research, data, analysis, written content, and supplied imagery were produced by the World Bank and the report’s contributing teams.

Justice Education Society | Editorial Design

Editorial Design

Client: Justice Education Society
Role: Editorial design and page layout
Tools: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Year: 2021–2023

I designed a collection of publications developed with Justice Education Society and collaborating justice-sector teams in Honduras. The materials cover human rights, gender and LGBTI issues, criminal investigation and access to justice, and the analysis of judgments from a gender perspective.

The covers use flowing rainbow forms and symbolic imagery to connect the subjects with a recognizable visual identity. Inside, structured typography, green section headings, colored callouts, and carefully balanced page layouts help readers navigate substantial legal and educational content.

I used Adobe InDesign to manage the long-form documents, establish consistent paragraph styles, and organize text, references, tables, and graphics. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop supported the preparation of visual elements and cover compositions.

This was a collaborative editorial process. My responsibility was the design and page layout; the legal analysis, educational content, research, and supplied visual resources were developed by the organizations, authors, and technical teams.

Women, Coffee & Climate | Editorial Design

Editorial Design

Client: Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung
Role: Editorial design and page layout
Tools: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Year: 2019–2020

I designed the report and supporting infographics for Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung’s Women, Coffee & Climate project in Honduras and Guatemala. Working with the project’s consulting and technical teams, I translated their research and findings into a coordinated set of editorial materials.

The visual approach pairs magenta and cyan accents with clear typographic hierarchies, structured tables, country maps, and photography supplied for the publication. The report provides a detailed reading experience, while the country infographics make key results easier to scan and compare.

Adobe InDesign supported the document’s page composition and consistent typography. I used Adobe Illustrator for the graphic elements and infographic layouts, and Adobe Photoshop to prepare images for the final publications.

My contribution was the editorial and graphic design. The research, written content, project findings, photographs, and other supplied resources belong to the organization and collaborating contributors.
